As is known to all,as an important part of normal education,educational practice plays an important role in the cultivation of normal university students.However,there are many problems in the educational practice system,such as the lack of time for educational practice,the fact that both teachers and students regard educational practice as "taking a show",and the evaluation system is always criticized.The author thinks that the education internship has two levels of targets.The low level of goal will train students to be both theoretical accomplishment and practice ability of qualified teachers through the education internship.The senior level goal is to help internship students live a meaningful life in the process of the education internship which is advocated by John Wright.Only by positioning the goal of educational practice at a higher level and critically constructing the educational practice system,can we solve the current problems of the educational practice in a deeper and more systematic way.Which makes on John Wright's theory of meaningful life and George Meade's theory of social role playing as the foundation,and is based on the normal path of experiential education,the new educational practice system will let internship students experience success by playing various roles during teaching practice,where they can find themselves and develop themselves,so as to live a meaningful life education practice,then to provide lasting power for the future of teacher career development.From this perspective,the current educational practice system mainly has the following four problems.Firstly,the lack of flexible diversion mechanism makes some normal university students be forced to participate in the role playing process.Secondly,the unreasonable arrangement of internship makes some normal university students unable to devote themselves to it.Thirdly,the normal university students lack of effective guidance to achieve the success of education practice;Fourthly,the normal university students are often unable to make effective responses in the real internship situations.The main reasons for these problems in the educational practice system are as follow:firstly,the system designer fails to take into account the life planning of some normal university students;Secondly,it fails to connect the educational practice with the meaningful life of the normal university students.Thirdly,the degree of emphasis on educational practice is so less that be regarded as a dispensable link.In order to successfully play a role and experience the significance of the educational practice life,the normal university students and colleges should fulfill their responsibilities and obligations at the same time,actively to explore themselves and understand the society,and to maintain close contact with the community.Specifically,the normal university students must understand themselves and the workplace to clarify their role expectations firstly,and then constantly reflect to experience the meaning of internship life for themselves in the internship process.Institutions must work with communities to ensure the flow of the internship need information;Secondly,we must respect students' different demands and allow them to make diversified choices.Thirdly,teachers must give active guidance to help normal university students succeed.Finally,evaluation must be used to promote the reflection of normal university students.
