Oral communication ability is necessary for modern citizens. Oral communication is an important way fot students to improve oral English ability and interpersonal skills, and to evaluate oral communication teaching is an effective way to achieve teaching optimization is carried out. In contrast with other parts of language teaching, oral communication teaching possesses the following characteristics, such as dynamic performance, appropriateness, the particularity of situational and interactivity, In order to evaluate the student’s learning outcomes and performance, it’s better to adopt a polybasic way, which is the basis of accurate teaching evaluation feedback and can improve oral communication teaching. All in all, a systematic study of oral communication teaching has the vital practical significance.This paper can be divided into three parts. The first one expounds the particularity of oral communication teaching and the necessity of pluralistic evaluation. The "compulsory education Chinese curriculum standard (2011edition) and junior high school language teaching material has carried on the detailed elaboration and the analysis. Based on which, this part pointed out that the multivariate evaluation of promoting effect of oral communication teaching and unfavorable factors.Presented in the second part mainly through teaching, interview survey of shanxi Kang Jie multivariate evaluation for middle school oral communication teaching present situation investigation, summarizes and discusses the Kang Jie middle school implementation of multiple evaluation results and deficiencies. Selection, interview survey of junior high school is grade one to three, six of the language teacher, from the aspects of implementation status, understanding of pluralistic evaluation, Suggestions to pluralistic evaluation, through13questions to the teachers themselves, teachers and students, teachers and schools, teachers and Chinese curriculum standard, teacher and language teaching material has carried on the investigation in many aspects. On the basis of investigation, points out the kang in the oral communication teaching evaluation system, evaluation subject, evaluation activities create the shortfalls.The third part in the former two parts, on the basis of the plural evaluation subject, evaluation basis, creation of the multivariate evaluation activity and future research provides operational Suggestions. Among them, for the main Suggestions from teachers, students, peer, school, education department five main body, to provide the detailed advice, implementation and operation and points out matters of attention in the implementation process; To judge from the Chinese curriculum standard as well as the language teaching material in hand, to provide the feasible advice; Suggest about the evaluation activity, based on the theory of multiple intelligences, cited a total of eight types of evaluation activity, and puts forward some basic strategies for implementation of evaluation activities; Suggestions to future research and advocacy of different schools, different disciplines for transverse or longitudinal comparative analysis, and comprehensively carry out oral communication teaching of multivariate evaluation.
