Oral communicative competence is a necessary ability for modern citizens.Students should be trained to listen,express and dialogue,so that students have a civilized and harmonious interpersonal communication quality.For the first time,"oral communication" teaching replaced "listening and speaking" teaching in the Chinese teaching syllabus for full-time primary schools in nine-year compulsory education(trial revised version)issued by the ministry of education in 2000,emphasizing that oral training is also an effective way to help students construct individual speech from the communicative function of language.Chinese teaching in the lower grades of primary schools is the initial stage of language learning for students,which plays an important role in promoting the formation and development of students' Chinese ability.However,for a long time,Chinese teaching and learning in the lower grades of primary schools in China has focused on the teaching of literacy and reading,ignoring the cultivation of students' listening and speaking abilities.Oral communication teaching has always been on the edge of classroom teaching.In September 2017,the unified compilation of Chinese textbooks was officially put into use in Shanghai primary schools.Based on the Chinese curriculum standard for compulsory education(2011 edition),this set of textbooks emphasizes that Chinese learning should establish a connection with students' actual life.In terms of the arrangement of teaching contents,oral communication module is specially set to highlight its important position in Chinese teaching.Especially for the primary school students,this period of oral communication teaching,is aimed at their oral communication ability and communication quality development,lay a solid foundation of the important learning stage.Based on the above thinking,this article will be on the basis of relevant theoretical study,by adopting the combination of case study and action research method,to compile for universal use the teaching material elementary school lowergrade oral communication teaching as the research object,through the classroom teaching practice,the elementary school lower grade oral communication teaching goal setting,teaching design,teaching strategy,teaching evaluation in-depth research on the content such as the implementation,so as to solve the elementary school lower grade oral communication teaching of practical problems,effectively improve students' ability and level of daily oral communication.
