Homework is an indispensable link in the process of education and teaching, especially since the quality of education and the new curriculum reform, is subject to the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Students’homework behavior is a complex process, including the jobs initiative, attention focused sex, job completion rates, the actual operating time and operating additional time, it’s influenced by many factors, in addition to the features of the homework, teachers, students, parents, the environment, etc., play an important role in the completion of the homework process. The homework model study, Ulrich Trautwein (2006) as the basis, based on the analysis of influencing factors of homework behavior at home and abroad, from student characteristics, job motivation, sense of responsibility, the will to control and parents level of homework behavior depth study. In this study, a questionnaire survey of320primary and middle school students as the research object, the use of pupils homework behavior questionnaire, first of all, to understand the behavior of the status quo of primary and middle school students with homework; Secondly, to explore students’characteristics, job motivation, sense of responsibility and will control the behavior of primary and secondary students with homework; Finally, conclusions, recommendations and deficiencies. The conclusions are as follows:1. Schoolboy task motivation existence of school, grade, gender and disciplinary differences, overall trend show the Wushengyi middle school’s homework motivation is strongest, the Tongyuan middle school’s homework motivation is lowest, grade seven students homework motivation is significantly higher than grade six, grade eight, grade nine, in girls than boys, math higher than the English.2.Primary and secondary school students will to control the presence of school, grade and gender differences, higher grades, the stronger will to control the trend of girls than boys.3. Primary and secondary students sense of responsibility there are gender differences in girls than boys.4. Parents school and grade differences exist in the role of primary and middle school students homework, showed lower grade parents to participate in the higher degree of homework completed.5.Primary and secondary students with homework behavior and job motivation, volitional control and responsibility is related to the performance of job motivation, volitional control and responsibility, the stronger the greater the level of effort of homework.6. Operating efforts and academic achievement are related, the job effort the student’s academic performance is relatively high.7. Responsibility and will control and academic achievement is positively related to performance accountability, control and strong will of the students academically relatively high.8. Primary and middle school students maths homework behavior is associated with the role of parents in homework.The parents to participate in the higher level of math homework, math homework effort.
