From none to existence, private high education is growing up day by day. With qualifiedteachers and teaching conditions increasingly powerful, the quality of education has become animportant topic which worth discussing and exploring. Many scholars have carried out someresearch. To some degree, the scholars who are in the study of one aspect of the problems ofprivate high education are related to the issue of the quality of education, while some scholars areconcerned about the quality in the study of private high education as a whole problem.The demonstration of ideas of this paper can be divided into three steps: Firstly, put forwardthe question. Secondly, analysis of the problem. The paper makes researches of educational qualitymanagement on the basis of Guangsha College. Finally, Solve the Problem.This paper consists of four parts. It begins, in chapter one, with an introduction of theachievements Guangsha college has made in teaching quality management, which is analyzed fromfour aspects. In chapter two, it points out the existing problems of teaching quality management.Chapter three has reference to some representative private university’ experience in educationquality management,from home and abroad. And in chapter four, based on the previous threechapters, the writer puts forward her own opinions on establishing a practical education qualitymanagement, combining the current situation of quality management of China’s private highereducation.The innovation of thesis is as follow: first, put forward that private colleges should set upspecial quality idea and service quality view under the background of popularization of highereducation; Second, in the process of teaching quality management of the private colleges, not onlyemphasize the "teaching", also highlight the "learning" management according to thecharacteristics of the students.
