Year after year as the country’s emphasis on higher education,college enrollment expansion,nowadays our country’s higher education has gradually popularization,in such a background,the annual number of graduates in colleges and universities have continued to rise,lead to college students’ employment market competition is intense,but also to university employment management department in improve the employment rate of students put forward higher requirements.In the employment situation is so severe,colleges and universities must take corresponding measures to effectively manage the quality of employment of college students,only in this way can alleviate the employment problem of college students.However,at the present stage,colleges and universities pay less attention to the quality management of employment for college students,which is specifically reflected in the following aspects: The lack of a sound employment quality management mechanism for college students,the lack of college students’ employment quality management institutions,and the matching assessment mechanism of college students’ employment quality management is not perfect,and so on.These deficiencies have more or less brought negative effects on the quality of college students’ employment.As one of the first batch of application-oriented private universities in China,Nanchang University of Technology has expanded its enrollment in response to the call of the state.The number of students graduating from the university continues to rise every year.However,due to limited job opportunities in the market,the employment competition for students is fierce and the situation is relatively grim.To nanchang institute of technology as a specific case,this paper analyzes the college students employment quality management from several aspects the status quo,through the way of literature analysis and questionnaire survey method,small 19 graduates chose plateau as the research object,the work conducted job satisfaction,and professional relevance,employment compensation and benefits,and so on and so forth,Then analyze the problems existing in the employment quality of college students at present.Through the analysis of the survey results,the author learned that at the present stage,Nanchang Institute of Technology in the employment quality management of college students there are the following deficiencies: insufficient attention;The university student employment quality management organization is not built up.Lack of scientific quality training system for college students;The school-enterprise cooperation mode is backward;The scientific employment quality management index of college students has not been formulated;The college students’ employment quality management and assessment mechanism is not perfect,the tracking service level is low and the school-enterprise cooperation mode is backward.After further study,we believe that the main reason for the above problems lies in the lack of cognition of the employment quality management of college students,the lack of coordination and communication mechanism between relevant departments,the lack of implementation of the student-oriented principle,etc.In addition,being trapped by rational economic agents is also one of the reasons.Based on the above,combined with the current situation and existing problems of college students’ employment management in Nanchang Institute of Technology,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the government,enterprises,schools and students themselves.The government should improve the employment laws and regulations and related policy norms to perfect the employment market service and strictly regulate the employment rate accounting of private colleges and universities;Employing enterprises should establish a scientific view of employing people and promote the school-enterprise cooperation to improve;The school should pay attention to personnel training,pay attention to enrollment and discipline setting,employment and entrepreneurship guidance service improvement measures and scientific establishment of college students employment quality management agencies to make efforts;The individual aspect of students should establish a correct view of career choice and enhance their comprehensive quality.
