Threeyears after graduation graduates is facing many problems, such as position change and otherissues. Position changes are studied in this paper are generalized, including resignation,promotion, changing jobs in this unit, and so on and so forth.At present, the enterprise staff problems such as high turnover rate of restricting the rapiddevelopment of the enterprise, brings to the enterprise human resources problem; Excellentemployees, at the same time, the enterprise reserve talents will bring new vitality to enterpriseā€™sdevelopment and the industry competitive advantage. In H university chemical engineeringgraduate (undergraduate) nearly three years as an example, through questionnaire survey,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, combining the chemical class in Huniversity graduates tracking investigation and interview with chemical enterprise form, adetailed investigation of the current chemical enterprise employee turnover, change jobs,promotion of new situation; And according to the survey data analysis of the influence of Huniversity chemical engineering graduates leave reason. Chemical class enterprise can getenlightenment, through the investigation and study, according to the specific requirements ofdetailed training plan, help new employees develop a career development plan, design thereasonable compensation and performance management system, accumulated excellent talentsfor enterprise development. In this paper according to the chemical enterprise the humanresources department interviews, introducing the concept of human resource management inuniversities, establishing reasonable for chemical engineering students career planning,strengthen the vocational education, joint training of medical college students, taking advantageof the enterprises and colleges and universities, provides the excellent talents for the enterprise.In the face of fierce market competition, enterprises not only need to formulate thereasonable personnel training plan, colleges and universities should also introduce the humanresources management concept, innovative student management mode, to cultivate high qualitytalents for the society.
