HZ of Career Academy based on the overall development strategy,analyzed the supply and demand of human resources for HZ of Career Academy Career Academy, finally puts forward the human resource planning.Specifically, this paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction,describes the background, purpose of the study, significance of the research, research methods and ideas. HZ College after integration, human resources management school there are still many problems. In order to develop HZ College, we have to find a timely manner, to adjust and improve these issues. The second chapter is summarized theory to explain the definition of human resources planning, and related domestic and overseas research theoretical content of human resource planning, human resources, research and other vocational colleges planning for the next study provides theoretical support. The third chapter of the College of Human Resource HZ analyzed. Through the educational structure, age structure, title structure,did not employ statistics, and so teachers teaching professional data collection method and useof PEST, SWOT analysis method to analyze the opportunities in the College currently exist in terms of human resources, threats, strengths and disadvantages. The fourth chapter is designed for human resource planning. Mainly from the human resource demand forecasting,supply forecasting, planning, supply and demand balance analysis and elaboration. The fifth chapter describes the implementation and security planning programs.Results of this study for the new problems facing post-HZ College of integration, the proposed solution has important practical reference value, these views and conclusions on the development of HZ College will help and inspire. |
