With the advent of the era of globalization and informationization, our currentideological and political education of the task of cultivating talents become more and moreheavy, cultivate good social needed talents is the task of the ideological and politicaleducation and themes. Marxist theory about studies is about the theory, on the essence ofman, man’s subjectivity, human value, human needs, human development in Marxismclassical writers have certain depth, the ideological and political education and theessences of marxist humanism is man, that become a marxist theory about studies ofhuman and of combining the ideological and political education in the key, a combinationof both and also for the study of the ideological and political education of colleges anduniversities provides a new horizon of science.This article begins with Marxist theory about studies of derivation by humanismtheory, first of all, this paper briefly introduces the marxist theory about studies of humanfrom a process of germination, development to mature, and then from the human essence,human’s subjectivity, people’s needs, human value, man’s free overall development aspectssuch as the contents of the marxist theory about studies of this paper.This article analyzes the ideological and political education in colleges anduniversities are faced with the problem, main show is the ideological and politicaleducation main body status is not clear, lack of content and method of traditional single,value orientation and the invisible education lack and so on. Starting from these issues,this paper puts forward the guided by the marxist theory about studies of some methods toimprove the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. Is a student’smain body status to establish the subject of ideological and political education, valuestudent’s main body status and personality development; Second is the subjectivity of thepeople need to improve the ideological and political education method, strengthening egoeducation; Three is based on the needs of the people to locate the value of ideological andpolitical education, pay attention to the realization of personal value; Four is based onpeople’s social to improve ideological and political education environment, improve the social macro environment and microcosmic environment on campus; Five is a man’s freeoverall development to achieve the purpose of the ideological and political education.
