This article is under the new environment of people-oriented of the ideological and political educators subjectivity research,is on the theory of Marxism and the latest achievements of guidance.The article analyses the significance of research and the existing problems on educators subjectivity from the aspects of theory and practice,history and reality,and solves and overcome these problems one by one.First of all,the full text is on the premise that educators is the main body of ideological and political education,and in terms of the importantence role of educators subjectivity.But due to the overstating and self-evident of the subjectivity of the education,academic circles partly lack of the theoreticalstudy of educators subjectivity.Second,the research of the ideological and political educators must be promoted in the "people-oriented" era and put it as the guiding thought.From the the beginning of" People-oriented" development,the ideological and political education is request to be under the People-oriented.Last year,The President Xi jinping,give the new five concept of the development also puts forward guidance for ideological and political education,he said,the ideological and political education must adhere to the thought of the people-oriented,consider a problem from the perspective of people.The ideological and political education must set up the humanist education idea,pay attention to general education and personality education?theory and practice guidance,responsible consciousness and the common development of personal interest.Theoretically,this paper is the supplement to the missing research on current educators subjectivity.Practically,this paper puts forward countermeasures and contribute to the research of subjectivity of the educators and the educated.Thesis consists has four parts.The first part is the introduction part,elaborated the selected topic basis,the research status at home and abroad and the research significance.The second part of article differentiated and analysed the concept,elaborated the connotation of the main body and subjectivity of ideological and political education.And the paper reiterated that educators is the main part of the ideological and political education according to current academic research results,was researched from the perspective of educators,indicated the Marxist humanism study subjectivity from the perspective of people,and made the thought of the "people-oriented" put forward new requirements for educators subjectivity,provide value guidance.The third part,the article researched the subjectivity and the existing problems and reasons of the educators from the educators in the dominant?independence?creativity?initiative.The fourth part,also is the focus of the thesis chapters,in view of the difficulties in front of and the reasons,and in the "people-oriented" horizon,trying to find out to highlight the subjectivity of the ideological and political education countermeasures,emphasizing"people-oriented" concept,strengthen the consciousness of the subjectivity of the educators,pay attention to the two-way interaction between educators and the educated,and so on.This paper tries to research on ideological and political educators subjectivity in theory,the paper expounds the importance and necessity of specific practices for educators subjectivity again and the analysis of existing problems.In the two aspects of theory and practice research,it also hopes that this article can provide suggestions for the ideological and political education and contribute their strength.
