Research Purpose：Sub-health state is a low-quality individual physical and mental health status in a diseasestate and health status. Due to the nature of their different occupations working in different, thesub-health state may exist in multiple aspects of physical, psychological or behavioralperformance and so on. In this study, to master the different occupational groups on the basis ofsub-health detection rate, combined with demographic characteristics and lifestyle factors andother indicators of sleep quality, using the method of single factor analysis and multipleregression analysis to explore different occupations Yingkou sub-health state factors, which putsforward a reasonable solution to the sub-health state, to improve the health situation and YingkouCity residents concerned the development of sub-health state intervention and preventionstrategies to provide a reference.Research Methods：In this study using a random stratified cluster sampling method to extract a sample of thesurvey population, questionnaires compiled by Beijing Union Medical College "personal healthstatus questionnaire" on Yingkou four different occupational groups if units,government workers,teachers, police and corporate (individual) personnel questionnaire.
