Objective:The paper analyzed the features, parts and causes of injuries from snowboardinghalf-pipe athletes in Shenyang Sport University so that long-term sequential medicalsupervision, recovery exercise plan as well as physical training program would bemade specifically. On the experimental research of physical training for the researchsubject, the paper probed into the availability and rationality of the training program.Significance:Snowboarding half-pipe is one of the regulation events in the Olympic WinterGames. The competitive level of Chinese snowboarding athletes has caught up withthe world first-class level. The foundation work for sustainable development ofsnowboarding half-pipe is to train high qualified athletes for reserve. Recently, withthe rapid development of snow sports, snowboarding injuries have been increasinglygrown. Snowboarding half-pipe is a sport event with much difficulties, high dangerand occasionally injuries to athletes. It is a serious problem for athletes who have beentroubling by sports injuries, which affect the proper performances of sport techniquesas well as scores. The paper conducted a survey of the conditions of sports injuriesfrom snowboarding half-pipe athletes in Shenyang Sport University, then the causeshave been found out. Base on the practical training conditions in our country, there aresix to eight months without snow for the half-pipe athletes to be trained. During thistime, both the general physical training and specific physical training should becarried out on land. Although there have been some researches on the plans, methods and programs of half-pipe training over the years, one entire physicaltraining program which is proved effective has not been studied out. The significanceof this paper can be listed as follows:①To clear up the status quo of snowboardinghalf-pipe injuries and to analyze the injuries factors;②One plan of physical trainingwhich is proved apparently effective can be provided for coaches;③The scientificresearch foundation of physical training and reducing injuries for snowboardinghalf-pipe athletes has been set up, which can be taken as a reference to follow-upstudies. Methods:By means of literature, questionnaire, interviewing, experimentation andmathematical statistics, the paper analyzed the injuries factors, verified and proved therationality and the availability of the training program.Results:①For snowboarding half-pipe athletes, ankles and knees are the most common partsof injury. The most common injury types are fracture and sprain.②Among the causes of snowboarding half-pipe injuries, the maximum ratio wastaken by multi-factor, followed by single factor of technique, site, psychology andfatigue.③Let athletes take the optimized physical training, especially emphasize oneffective training for the parts of body where get injuries easily and focuse onrehabilitation training as well. Data showed after optimizing training: The rate ofinjuries declined by30%, and all physical fitness tests improved. Conclusions:Scientific physical training is the key method to prevent injuries. It is suggestedto make a safe evaluation and supervision about the physical training, technical skillstraining, training plan and arrangement. Meanwhile, the scientific physical training isimportant especially to effective training for the parts of body where get injurieseasily and rehabilitation training.
