The new high school curriculum reform started in2004, and2010is in full swing, Hebei provincebegan to implement the new high school curriculum reform since the fall of2009. The core idea of thecurriculum reform is "people-oriented", requests the student academic evaluation to promote thedevelopment of students for the purpose. However, the academic evaluation of reality has become abottleneck restricting new curriculum smoothly. This paper aims to high school education and teachingpractice, the focus is the academic evaluation of high school students under the new course smoothly find away out.In this paper, summarizing the experience law and interview research are used. As a high schoolteacher found in practice, there are many problems under the new curriculum for students in the academicevaluation. The author randomly selected from the Tangxian County four high school’s10teachers and20students were interviewed, have a more in-depth understanding of the academic evaluation of high schoolstudents and problems, to obtain a valuable material for the study.This article first to domestic and foreign research on student academic evaluation review, defines thecore concepts; Secondly, based on the work practice and interviews on the summary of current academicevaluation under the new curriculum in high school students; Again on the existence of the academicevaluation of high school students and the problems in the analysis of the causes, mainly is the mainevaluation is still there, teachers with summative evaluation, the credit system and the academicproficiency test problem in practice, the main reason was analyzed from the aspects of teachers’ quality,system and management, national college entrance examination system and evaluation system of teachersand schools education quality evaluation mechanism; Finally to promote the new curriculum of highschool student academic evaluation recommendations: to improve the overall quality of teachers, continueto deepen the reform of the college entrance examination enrollment system, strengthen management toensure the effective implementation of the credit system, strengthen management to ensure achievementtest of the seriousness, fairness and science, establish and improve the mechanism of teacher evaluationsystem and the quality of school education multiple evaluation.
