Volleyball as a mass sport, in enhancing college students’ physical quality, cultivatethe students’ team cooperation ability, improve the university students’ socialadaptation ability, enhance the psychological quality of college students, and cultivatethe students’ lifelong sports consciousness has actively promote role, is an importantpart of the ordinary university sports curriculum construction, is also an importantmeans of implementation of quality education. But from the current colleges anduniversities take the number of students in volleyball class, volleyball sportsdevelopment situation is not optimistic, far from sports such as basketball, footballsports development situation is good, this is mainly because the volleyball movementon the technical requirements are relatively high, have a limit on participation,combined with the propaganda to the volleyball in colleges and universities is nothigh and partly due to the interest of college students, lead to college students’ interestin volleyball degree is low, active participation enthusiasm is not high.Unit target compared with traditional teaching method, teaching in improvingstudents volleyball has an obvious role in promoting technical skills, because thismethod to reset learning goals, reduce the difficulty of learning, students caneffectively guide to complete the learning content according to the unit learningobjectives, master the skill movements of each stage, each unit goals, completetechnical movement is immediately to master. Because learning specific goals at thesame time, the difficulty is appropriate, and the students’ interest in learning morestrong and study enthusiasm.This article USES the literature material method, experiment, questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on, to Tianjin vocational technology normal university2012level volleyball class of students, selected two natural classes, a total of80people (men and women born40people) as experimental object, the purpose is tothrough analyzing the current situation of Chinese ordinary university volleyballtechnique teaching, aiming at the existing technology of volleyball technique teachingprocess complex, difficult, because is not easy to master the techniques and thus lostthe students enthusiasm, try to on the basis of the traditional volleyball teaching mode,reform teaching methods, break through the bondage of existing ideas, exploreteaching through decomposition, the complete technical movement divided into unit,set a goal, to reduce the difficulty, step-by-step implementation of the new mode,promote the students actively learning volleyball, more formal master volleyballtechniques, at the same time make the physical development, cooperationconsciousness and team spirit is strengthened, so as to improve the teaching qualityand effect, but also offers a new way for the volleyball technique teaching reform.Main conclusions are as follows:(1) the principle of\"unit teaching\" tells us that because of the\"unit teaching\"divide the study of volleyball mat ball, ball technology for many progressive transformation of small units, after each complete a small unit will have a new targetpoint to the next small unit, and close contact between each unit, the span is not big,good follow the cognitive rules of the formation of motor skills, so that the overalllearning difficulty was decreased, the ball, passing the pad technology students learnlinks have significantly improved.(2) the principle of "unit teaching" tells us that in a relatively stable period,according to the actual situation of students, the teaching contents in the form of unittarget carries on the reasonable classification, formulate detailed teaching plan, fullyin the teaching on the basis of the actual situation of students in teaching, so studentsenthusiasm and initiative in the learning process is very strong, and can make studentsclear their own learning goals in volleyball class, cultivate the ability of independentthinking, positive competition, lets the student in learning helping each other, unity,cooperation, improve the students’ social adaptability, strengthen the teamconsciousness, promote students comprehensive and healthy development.(3) through the experiment show that "unit teaching" there is no obvious increasefor students body shape, quality, mainly because of "unit teaching" experimentalobject is a college student, basic have physical development is complete, it is difficultto have big changes on form, and physical quality is based on the results of thestudent for a long time to exercise, not a overnight index, and "unit target teachingmethod\" is only half a semester of the experiment was carried out to the student, intime.
