A Study Of The Application Of Target Teaching Approach In Volleyball Course Education In Physical Colleges

Physical education is an important part of university school education, and is an important circle of education for all-round development. With the reform of higher education system, to carry out the new era of "people-oriented" and "health first" philosophy of education, to enforce the students'physical fitness, to develop the students'personality, to bring up the students'philosophy of all-life physical exercise become the key topic of physical education of university.Volleyball is one of the important sports in china. And almost universities carry out the course of volleyball now. However, the situation is not very good. Now the course of volleyball is carried out in traditional way in universities, which is in a single form and it is not suitable for the requirement of physical quality education in the new era.Target teaching method is a new teaching method in the situation of carrying out the quality education, which is accordance with the principles of education. Target teaching method focuses on the students, and accords to the general objectives of education and teaching and the separate objectives of technology stage. Target teaching method designs on the classes, and selects the suitable physical teaching methods depending on the concrete teaching process. Based on the target teaching approach, associated with the current situation and features of the physical education of volleyball in physical college, this research has been done by the method of literature, data, experts'interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics. The thesis samples two classes of Jilin Institute of Physical Education as the research objects. According to the analysis of students'physical quality, volleyball techniques and theoretical scores of two classes, the author finds that the scores of experimental class are better than the compared one. The research indicates that the target teaching approach is an efficient and suitable approach for volleyball education in physical collage. This thesis applies the target teaching method to the volleyball courses, which aims to conclude a kind of more systematical, livelier and more effective volleyball teaching pattern. Also the writer hopes that the method can improve the students'interests, physical quality and the practical level, and can provide the use for reference and reference for other specialty teach.
