Thus, Table Tennis Teaching in College Physical Education as an important part of the reform of tennis teaching put forward higher requirements, Table Tennis Teaching in Universities need to break tradition and innovation.Colleges reform process, the emergence of a number of teaching methods, teaching methods target unit is one of them teaching methods. This paper introduces the target unit teaching methods in Table Tennis Teaching in accordance with the degree of difficulty of the unit, give full consideration to the needs of students at different levels, the target is divided into different levels to incremental ways to stimulate students’ motivation to learn the formation of mutual help cooperative learning. Enhancing students ’skills at the same time, promote the overall development of students’ physical and mental health.In this paper, in University Table Tennis Teaching in the target unit teaching method, before the experiment test, post-test comparison of students in the basic skills test, motivation and interest in learning to master the basic techniques of influence on students.
