The Study On Influence Of The New Media To College Students And Educational Countermeasures

Along with the Internet, the intelligent mobile phone as the representative of the newmedia force continues to grow, the application of the new media is becoming more and morecommon. New media technology has changed rapidly, as a new media users, How aboutgroups of university students use the new media? What influences the new media has ongroups of the college students? what challenges the new media brings in ideological andpolitical education work? To solve these problems, This paper proposes this article researchmentality and frame on the basis of the study, research the basic situation of college studentsusing new media, and the use of new media brings the positive and negative effects to collegestudents. As a result, the author learn from relevant academic research on the basis of aquestionnaire, to explore the new media’s negative influence on college students, the rationalthinking and in-depth inquiry.This paper mainly Use the literature method to search a large number of domestic andforeign about new media technology research and application of literature and data, the theoryof new media, content knowledge, such as sorting, and comparing the collected data,screening, and summarizes the development trend of the current research status. Adoptingquestionnaire method in Xi ’an university of science a nd technology, Chang ’an university andso on. a survey was conducted, statisticed, analyzed among600students of6colleges, on thebasis of existing research results, the author thinks that the new media’s impact on collegestudents mainly have two aspects, on the one hand, it has the positive influence, mainlyinclude:(1) change the way of college students’ learning;(2) develop students’ knowledge;(3)provide a new way of communication; On the other hand, new media has also had negativeimpacts on college students, mainly include:(1)influence on development of college students’thinking ability;(2) influence on the physical and mental health of college students;(3)influence on the college students values;(4) influence on ability to the use of media and criticism;(5) influence on the college students’ legal conception and media morality. Throughresearch and analysis, the main reasons that produced negative effects are:(1) dependence ofcollege students of new media is not conducive to the development of thought;(2) thenetwork supervision is not enough, harmful informations fill with the living environment ofcollege students;(3) universities did not value college students’ media literacy education veryhighly;(4) college students’ media literacy level is not high;(5) the college students’ networkmorality and legal conception is a little weak. Though the above theoretical analysis andresearch, put forward countermeasures on the impact of new media for college students’education:(1) take on education the main positions of responsibility, establish interactivecommunication platform;(2) strengthen the social responsibility, create a good socialatmosphere;(3) New media literacy education attaches great importance to collegestudents;(4)By cultivating college students’self education ability and gradually improve theirmedia literacy level;(5) Strengthen the network morality and legal norms education.Therefore, to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students under thenew media environment, guide and help students to use new media correctly, form good newmedia literacy, promote student’s growth, to cultivate high-quality talents for socialism isfar-reaching and significant meaning.
