Analysis Of The Influencing Factors For The Development And Construction Of College Science And Technology Innovation Team In Heilongjiang Province

As a complex organism, there are a lot of factors affecting the development and construction of technological innovation team, how to make college science and technology innovation team to play its role effectively, and it has become the issue that have been concerned about by all current science and technology managers and researchers on from what areas should it improve the ability to innovate.This study has first made introduction of research sources of college science and technology innovation team, research background and significance, the relevant research status as well as content of the study in domestic and foreign countries, the dissertation structure and methods used in the study etc., which has erected the frame for influencing factors of the entire College Scientific and Technological Innovation Team. Second, the author will make the description of related concepts team of the science and technology innovation team as well as theoretical basis needed to be specifically used in the study, together with the descriptive definition of science and technology innovation team offered according to the research demand. Next, in accordance with the existing models, and the author has established influencing factor model for the development and construction of College Scientific and Technological Innovation Team, assorted the factors that could affect the level of an innovation team’s development and construction,and the author has summed up five factors in accordance with the internal and external aspects of the influencing factors, namely, the team relies on platform, team leader, communication atmosphere within the team, the leadership and external environment of the higher sector, which are interpreted one by one in details. After finishing and description of the current development status of College Science and Technology Innovation team in Heilongjiang Province, the author has proposed the hypothesis according to the five influencing factors, using questionnaire survey to make questionnaire interviewing towards the members of College Scientific and Technological Innovation Team, and there’s the data statistical analysis about the results of the questionnaire, the author has made the empirical research on the five influencing factors and hypothesis proposed previously, analyzing the relevance of the degree of each influencing factor on the team performance as well as the impact of each specific factors, finally, the author has put forward the specific proposals through the results of the empirical analysis in the previous chapter. The author in this study has made the advice and suggestions from the respective aspect of strengthening the construction of the relied on platforms, and strengthening the education and training of the team leaders, improving the communication within the team, building regional innovation environment and so on, in order to improve the development and construction level of Science and Technology Innovation Team in Heilongjiang Province.
