Research On The Establishment Of College Students' Science And Technology Innovation Team In Local University And The Its Cultivation And Development

Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that increasing the independent innovation ability, building innovative country are the keys of national development strategy and increasing comprehensive national power. Our country will be in the procession of innovative country in 2020. To realize this strategic target, the key is that culturing a lot of innovative talents. College is the main position of culturing innovative talents. So some college organize innovative team of undergraduate to increase their science and technology innovation ability and the ability of team collaboration. Due to various reasons, it is not further studied and it doesn't extensivly developt in the whole countries'colleges that encouraging undergraduates ' scientific and technical innovation by organizing the innovative team of undergraduate.
