Research On The Choice Of Cooperative Mode Of Science And Technology Innovation Team In Universities

Modern science continue the trend toward rapid development of highly differentiated, interdisciplinary, cross-cutting various technical fields, penetration and integration of new disciplines are emerging. These features make the modern scientific technology innovation activities have become increasingly groups, scale, and gradually evolved into a cross-disciplinary, multi-personnel to participate in a collective and collaborative activities. Technological innovation activities and scale of social, academic staff required to take a college emphasis on group collaboration within the academic organization, the university organization, discipline loose diversity and concentration,but also for the establishment of such academic organizations provided sufficient condition. Science and technology innovation team that is in this situation came into being. Practice has proved that the team has great potential, team-based science and technology innovation have also made remarkable achievements. Team members may have expertise in different disciplines involved in numerous areas of knowledge, but around common research objectives closely with their respective merits, and constantly colliding, joint innovation, is conducive to scientific discoveries and technological breakthroughs.This paper mainly focus on how to build our science and technology innovation team conducted research, the text is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, presents the research background, that modern science but highly differentiated integration trends and cross-country universities in building an innovation-oriented country in the mission, and thus presents the main contents of the study and research methods. The second part is the science and technology innovation team concept definition and the basic theoretical research, systematically expounded the connotation of Scientific and Technological Innovation Team, features, components, and organizational structure. The third part introduces the science and technology innovation team several cooperation model, as well as the characteristic mode of cooperation and the need for cooperation mode selection. The fourth part is to build cooperation model selection method, first introduced in detail in this paper uses fuzzy multi-attribute decision making DS/AHP method and its decision-making process, and then build a science and technology innovation team mode selection evaluation index system and index were normalized, and finally build a team of science and technology innovation cooperation model selection method. The fifth part, mainly through the last chapter of the proposed selection method, combined with an actual case for the use of the method, the final choice of the optimal mode of cooperation. Part VI on the results of this study conducted a presentation and summary of the study in addition to the presence of some of the flaws and shortcomings, and the future of science and technology innovation team raised the prospect of theoretical research.
