A Study On The Influencing Factors Of College Scientific Research Team Cohesion

College Scientific Research Team has become the basic carrier of personal training and scientificresearch. The cohesion of college scientific research team is the basis premise of the team innovationand competitiveness. To improve the team innovation and competitiveness, what must be improvedfirst is the cohesion of it, but the studies both in management theory and practice are still scarce. Theresearch on the management of sollege scientific research team is still in the exploratory stage.The basic theories of this paper are Knowledge Worker Management theory, Group Dynamicstheory and Organizational Behavior theory. In the literature review part, the characteristics ofexcellent college scientific research team and the list of influencing factors are summarized. After theinterview survey, the list of influencing factors is completed. Then based on interviews, design thequestionnaire. Through analyzing the survey data making the arrangement of the basic composition ofthe target teams, the cohesion status and cohesion factors conditions. After that, sort the related degreeof the cohesion and the influencing factors by Gray Relational Analysis Method to distinguishprimary influencing factors from the secondary ones. By the combine of the Analysis, in the study Igeneralized six main methods and some auxiliary method to enhance the cohesion of college scientificresearch team. This research has some theoretical significance on human resources management incollege scientific research team and some practical significance on the construction of the collegescientific research team.
