The purpose of this study was to investigate:(1) different background variables Cheerleading team cohesion between team members; (2) Cheerleading team cohesion of different members of the differences in sports performance; (3), team cohesion and exercise performance related; Methods:Students participate in the 2010 health and vitality of Shaanxi Province Competition (Lala operation projects and dance skills Cheerleading projects) and the National League Northwest Division Cheerleading Competition (Lala operation projects and dance skills Cheerleading project) in the normal group, and the body of the University Hospital Group in Shaanxi Province the skills of all participating universities Cheerleading Cheerleading and dance team members conducted purposive sampling, the total sample size was 383. Research tools:(1) "Team cohesion scale" Chenqi Chang (1993) According to the Carron, Widmeyer, and Brawley (1985) theory of structure and preparation of tools-team cohesion questionnaire (Group Environment Questionnaire, GEQ) as amended from; the main results of this study are as follows:1. Different in time, the participating groups, academic performance, training weeks, the public/private schools and grades Cheerleading team cohesion on the team with a significant difference.2. High Cheerleading team cohesion group members in the sports performance was significantly better than the team cohesion group.3. Team cohesion and athletic performance is not significantly correlated.4. Of the factors operating in addition to sports performance team cohesion, the school and the coach is to give support and encouragement, the coach's schedule, the training process and the environment, motor skills proficiency and stability of the whole cheerleading mused affect athletic performance. These conclusions as a reference for future researchers.
