Ideological and political theory course plays an important role on students’moral and political education in Universities. In reality, it reflects inadequacy onteacher’s skill of analysis of students. At the same time,because of the ability ofteacher to grasp the learning methods is different, College Ideological andpolitical theory course teaching effect is not optimistic. Therefore, the problem ofteachers how to " teach " the still is to solve among priorities.The thesis tells us the the importance of “analysis of students”in Ideologicaland political course from the teaching objectives, teaching effectiveness andstudent subjectivity, teachers construction; and also tells us the particularity ofteachers “analysis of students”from the process complexity, the main diversityAnd tells us the general step of ideological and political theory course teacher"analysis of students" from the students to learn the basis of understanding, to thelearning state of students, for students to learn to observe and summarize theresults of evaluation perspective to construct in the theoretical basis; secondly, inorder to understanding the skills of Ideological and political theory courseteachers more comprehensive, the author choose four of the ShanghaiUniversities’ ideological and political theory course students to conduct aquestionnaire survey, and the survey are analyzed in detail. At the same time,through the empirical research of Shanghai University’s students,According tothe research the author was made the results of preliminary analysis, to find theproblem. Finally, this paper according to the research results and the currentsituation, drawing the conclusions and reflections..
