Research On Teaching Effectiveness Of The Ideological And Political Theory Course In The Universities And Its Optimization Path

As the main channel of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses has a profound influence on the formation of college students' political theory literacy and ideological and moral cultivation,so improving the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course is of great significance for moral education in colleges and universities.Under the huge task of expanding enrollment,colleges and universities can successfully complete the teaching task of ideological and political theory course,enhance the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course,ensure and improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate the socialist builders and successors that meet the needs of social development.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature analysis,comparative analysis and comprehensive induction to study how colleges and universities can improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in the new era.And this paper makes an investigation and analysis in Hubei colleges and universities and puts forward the specific optimization path.First of all,from the connotation of ideological and political theory courses and the connotation of the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,the paper expounds that the influence factors of the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities include teachers,students,carriers,educational environment,etc.Secondly,through the design of the questionnaire,the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities is investigated among 2016 and 2017 students.Starting from the analysis of the questionnaire,it analyzes the current situations of the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in the colleges and universities.Although the student's satisfaction and expectations for ideological and political theory courses are high,there are also some problems that the college students' learning of the ideological and political course in high school is not deep enough,student's knowledge points are weak,and some student's learning attitude is not correct.Then the paper analyzes the reasons for the poor teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,mainly including the contradiction between teachers and students,the single teaching carrier cannot consolidate learning effect and the negative impacts on the teaching environment.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation of the teaching effectiveness of ideological andpolitical theory courses in colleges and universities,aiming at the existing shortcomings this paper puts forward specific optimization paths from the aspects of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses,college students,the carrier of ideological and political theory courses,and the environment of ideological and political theory courses.The optimization paths mainly include strengthening the construction of the teaching staff of Ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities based on the principle of “six essentials”,giving full play to the main role of college students according to the law of college students' growth and development,improving the teaching methods of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities based on the carriers,and giving full play to the environmental advantages of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Through the research,this paper hopes to provide theoretical and practical references for colleges and universities and improve the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses,improve the construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,accelerate the formation of a high-level personnel training system,and strive to cultivate socialist builders and successors for the comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor.
