Enlightenment Of Overall Development Of People In Marxism Of Talents Training Mode Current

With the deepening of reform and opening up and the demand of social development, inOctober2003, comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary of CPC central committee putforward the\"people-oriented\" is the core of the scientific development concept, in2010, withthe central sizing up the situation, establishing a new talent, and promoting the people-orientedthoughts, its ultimate goal is to realize the all-around development of the people. As thepersonnel training important position, the university should take the responsibility of trainingtalents with all-round development in the load and the implementation of the comprehensivedevelopment of education. Man’s all-round development contains the ways of the morality,intelligence and physique ect, education to promote the comprehensive development of peoplealso contains the moral education, intellectual education, physical education, etc., whichconstitute a comprehensive development of education. Therefore, teaching students inaccordance with their aptitude and paying attention to the cultivation of the innovation abilitywill become the cardinal principle of the teaching reform in high education, which embodies inthe theory research and practice of talent training mode. This paper is combined with the time,and this paper put forward the relationship of the thought of all-round development of humanwith the personnel training mode of the university from the point of view of Marxismphilosophy. The theory of human’s comprehensive development is an important content ofhuman theory in Marxism philosophy theory, which illustrates in which direction to develop,how to develop, and to what extent to develop and reveals the essence of man’s all-rounddevelopment. Talent training mode is education teaching style closed under the guidance of theconcept of a certain culture idea and education in order to achieve a certain education target,which focuses on what kind of people to train and how to cultivate people. So the person’soverall development theory provides a theoretical basis for the construction and theimprovement of the college talents training mode. Any practice must be based on the scientifictheory, as well as the construction of the talent training mode is also needed to be based on theMarxism people’s all-round development thought in theoretical way. Based on the inquiry of the classical writers of Marxism theory of human’scomprehensive development, and elaborating the Chinese on the basis of results, sorting outthe relationship of the all-round development of human thought and college personneltraining mode, and putting forward problems in it, this paper discussed the constructivecountermeasure of the person’s overall development theory to our college personnel trainingmode in construction and perfection from the education idea, talent evaluation system,teaching methods, and the innovative construction of campus culture, and finally took thesouth university of science and technology as an example to demonstrate the reference valueof the person’s overall development thought of the Marxism to the talent training modereform.
