Based on the college students to adapt to the society as the research object, in theperson’s full scale development theory, based on the discussion of relationshipbetween man and environment theory, from different perspectives such as collegesand universities, college students themselves, society to cultivate college students’social adaptation ability were analyzed, and the understanding of the universitygraduates to adapt to the society in our country the problems and meet the severechallenge. In reference to foreign experience, on the basis of combining the situationof our country put forward some measures to cultivate college students’ socialadaptation ability. This article altogether is divided into five parts:The first part: introduction to the theory of Marxist "person’s full scaledevelopment". This part mainly puts forward the thoughts of man’s all-rounddevelopment, background and how to understand and define man’s all-rounddevelopment thought. And way of to person’s full scale development has made thedetailed elaboration. It is the foundation of this study, it is the starting point ofcultivating college students’ social adaptation ability.The second part: present situation analysis of college students’ social adaptationability. Through analyzing the characteristic of modern society and the collegestudents in the face of the challenges faced by modern society, points out that thecollege students to adapt to the social principal contradiction and obstacles, andexpounds the subjective and objective factors influencing college students to adapt tothe society.The third part: the basic principles of cultivating college students’ socialadaptability. Mainly expounds the adhere to person’s full scale development theory asthe instruction, in cultivating college students’ social adaptation ability want to haveprinciples to practice.The fourth part: foreign experience and reference to foster college students’social adaptation ability. By listing abroad the main way to foster college students’social adaptation ability, summarized the main features, and proposed some ways andmeans are available for reference.The fifth part: methods and way to cultivate college students’ social adaptationability. This part mainly expounds the to reform the college students’ subjective worldand objective world, to better cultivate college students’ social adaptation ability, thusbetter able to realize the all-round development of college students.
