In the theoretical system of Marxism, the theory of human all-around development occupies an important position. The theory of human all-around development is open and keeping pace with the time, which has being playing an important role of our party’s guiding ideology. As a scientific theory of unity of theoretical value and practical value, in today’s globalization and China’s socialist modernization process, people’s overall development thought of contemporary China still has the value orientation. College students are our country important talent pool, along with the advancement of higher education reform, a great progress has been made in the quality education in our country, the humanistic quality education in a certain achievements at the same time, are also in a lot of trouble. This article embarks from the man’s all-round development theory of Marxism, locate in college students’ humanistic quality education practice, the text consists of four parts. In the first part, the Marxist theory of human all-around development will be explained. This chapter through a lot of literature research to interpret the theory of human all-around development founded in the period of social and historical background, the content of the Marxism theory of human all-around development and the realization of the Marxism person’s full scale development way. The content of China’s Marx doctrine theory of human all-around development will be explained. At the same time the value of the Marxism theory of human all-around development in the current implementation of "scientific development" and to realize the "China dream" will be pointed out.The second part will expound the relationship between the college students’ humanity quality education and human’s all-round development theory of Marxism. That is meaning consistency of Humanistic Quality Education and the comprehensive development of the Marxist theory; Humanistic quality education is a reality path to achieve the comprehensive development of Marxism; Humanistic Education should take the comprehensive development of Marxist theory in theoretical.In the third part, this paper will analysis the achievements and shortcomings of the Humanistic Education and the reasons from the family, school, society and students themselves why Students’ Humanity Quality construction is little success.In the fourth part, we will discuss how to strengthen Humanistic Education in order to promote the comprehensive development. Combining with the current Humanistic Education in problems and the reasons we will put forward to strengthen the current Humanistic Education of six recommendations.Overall, this article started with the human’s all-round development of Marxism; make some instructions about the overall development of Marxist theory by our country leaders; analyzed the relationship between the human’s all-round development of Marxism and Humanities Education; combined with the present situation and the cause of the college students’ humanistic quality education’s lose, in order to promote the implementation of humanistic quality education under the guidance of the human’s all-round development of Marxism.
