Study On The Social Relations And Festival Culture Of Li People Speaking With Meifu-dialect

Meifuli year’s festival culture and social relation research, is based on theinvestigation of the village festival culture, through festival customs and maintainingpeople’s relations in social life to grasp and understand Meifuli social relations, whichare characterized by the combination of all kinds of social relations in village.Festival culture is important cultural content which can most reflect people’ssocial cultural life and social relations. The research on Meifuli year’s festival isdivided into two parts, one is the description of the ethnography presented by festivalculture and customs, in order to comprehensively realize cultural phenomena insociety during festivals and grasp as a whole festival customs and people’s social life.Meifuli year’s festival has a long history with rich traditional customs. Integrated intosocial cultural life, people can not only meet their demand in social cultural life, alsomaintain people’s spiritual life and all kinds of social relations. One is taking festivalcultures as its carrier, to comb and know all relations maintained in people’s socialcultural life and communications, including human and god relations, clan relations,affinity and friendship. These relations are mainly inside the village which isinfluenced by exact village boundaries and social relations among villages. Sincepeople have gathered in the village by a link of geopolitical relations, village becomesan important activity space to maintain social relations. On the basis of the Meifulifestival culture and social relations for further research and analysis, this paper is toobserve Meifuli festival culture specifically through the festival culturalcharacteristics and social cultural changes, and analyze Meifuli social relationsthrough social relation characteristics and the maintaining of relations. Studiessuggest that festival culture and social relations have inevitable inner link, andmoreover festival culture is the presentation of the maintaining of social relations andsocial cultural life and maintaining relations is deep content of festival culture andpeople’s essence in social life. In summary, knowing social relations from festivalcultures is a path to study regional society and culture. Meifuli social relation has inner society of the village as its center and the festival culture maintains all kinds ofsocial relations.Through research, it is found that Meifuli festival culture, is actually animportant cultural achievement of Li and Han cultural exchanges, and has alreadybecome an important part of traditional Meifuli culture. Social relation is a deepreflection of cultural phenomena. Social culture is never static, and in the culturalinheritance, spread and foreign exchange activities, traditional (national) culturechanges in inheritance and develops in innovation. New or foreign cultural factors arebeing integrated into traditional cultures, and some that does not adapt to socialdevelopment or people don’t need are eventually dying.
