| The cultivating model of masters is the abstract expression of the process of itself,and it influences the quality of masters directly. Research on the cultivating model can help us understand its factors and the relationships between them,and then we can improve the education for masters.This article follows the principle of theories combines with practices,makes a thorough research on how to construct the cultivating model of masters of physical education and training properly by using the method of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview, systems analysis and logical induction.The first part is foreword.The background of research,reasons for choosing,and the purpose of this article are expatiated.Overview of the present research on the cultivating model of masters in domestic and abroad has been made.And the concept of graduate education,the system of cultivating model and its main factors,the relationship between them were made clearly in this part.All these theories pave the way for the second part.The second part is the research on the theories system of cultivating model of masters of physical education and training.The three factors in the cultivating model were made clearly in this part.The three factors are goal of the model,method of the model and management of the model. All this made a foundation for the research on present situation.The third part is the research on the present situation of cultivating models of masters of physical education and training.Rely on the frame and structure mentioned above,by using the questionnaire survey and interview of the graduate students and their teachers,analysis the problems exist in the process of cultivating model working.The fourth part is the research on the countermeasure for the present cultivating models.Some principles and countermeasure were put forward creatively,and it can help the manage department of graduate education to promote the quality of masters.
