Expand training as a kind of exotic praised highly in the world education,training institutions. Company, school, military training, through the simulation ofexploration activities of situational psychological training, personality training, themanagement training. To enable students to exercise the will, perfect personality,challenge ego, smelting team reached in experiential learning objective.The author found that China has been at the forefront of a plurality of the schoolfirst opened the expansion of training courses, and there are many schools set upspecial development training base, its teaching effect is remarkable. But theseschools are generally concentrated in economically developed areas, such as Beijing,Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Zhejiang, Shandong and other areas in the University,some of the central and western regions less school opened training courses.This research mainly through interviews with10professors and20professionaldevelopment coach interview, the aim is to understand the site development trainingas a public sports curriculum is reasonable and the need to pay attention to suchmatters; investigation by questionnaire survey in5universities of Urumqi69PEteachers and179students, for the purpose of is the investigation of teachers andstudents of the site development training and as a public sports curriculum awareness;through psychological measurement, physical fitness measurement, experimentalmethod and so on to the74students in the experimental group teaching, the purposeis to test site development training ability to adapt to the effects of the students’physical quality, psychological and social, to confirm the site development training isfeasible as a public sports curriculum, and through the teaching experiment researchand design a set of site development mode of teaching training courses, researchresults are as follows:At present, the colleges and universities to expand the training mainly in themixed class (mixed high, site, field etc.), even if there is a campus existing venuesfor training school, also did not form their own teaching mode.Experts and teachers on site development training in College Public PhysicalEducation Teaching in the use of affirmative, Xinjiang Urumqi City College PhysicalEducation Teachers in carrying out site training in teaching has great potentialities.Students have certain knowledge on expanding training, through the sitedevelopment training teaching experiment, students showed great interest in the fieldto expand training course. By opening the site expanded teaching experimentaltraining course, students in physical quality with respect to the individual control group increased significantly; A2physical quality was significantly higher than thatin A1, B2group.In the SCL-90psychological self-rating total score and interpersonal sensitivityfactor, anxiety factor, paranoid ideation, the ability of social adaptation issignificantly higher than that of control group.Site development training as a form of public physical education elective courseteaching, is theoretically and practically feasible.
