Rural education has always been a weak link of our China's education,As part of the rural education,physical education is influenced by lagging education,which carry out the poor situation.China has further improved the degree of attention to the youth physical health in new period,Rural physical education on promoting and keeping the physical health of the youth has inescapable responsibilities.All teaching activities are built around the goals of physical education,But at present goals of rural middle and primary school physical education implementation is not optimistic in our country,So the study on goals of primary and secondary schools physical education is necessary.Through the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,the research method of comparative study of China's rural primary and middle school sports teaching goal of the humanistic perspective.In China's rural primary and secondary school sports teaching goal as the research object,to Henan,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Beijing,Shanghai and other regions of the rural primary and middle school sports teachers and students as the research object.The theoretical research is mainly related to the concept of sports teaching objectives,research status at home and abroad,the sports teaching goal and system function;practice research is mainly to study the current situation of PE Teaching in rural primary schools;sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation goal of four levels of physical education teaching objectives of the implementation of the status quo.Through the study found that the factors which hindering goals of physical education smooth implementation,The objective factors is that lack of qualified teachers,teaching facilities humble.There are two kinds of subjective factors:teachers and students.Because of teachers' attention not greatly enough to the goal of physical education,understanding deviation,essence understanding is not comprehensive,which lead to When he take goal selection and design in holistic grasp and considerations,goal description is not accurate,combined with students' movement will less.Chosen teaching ways and methods in a single in the implementation of the goal,Students' understanding does not reach the designated position to the goal,Movement interest is not high,Eventually lead to goals of physical education cannot be effectively reached smoothly.Research mainly has drawn the following conclusions: The research on teaching goal system is relatively mature;but the research on goals of physical education of primary and secondary schools is relatively scarce;the backward rural economy and culture holds back physical education of primary and secondary schools developing smoothly;the implementation of results of Physical health and Motor skill goals are better;all aspects of Specific goals factors exist Pearson Correlation;Teachers' selection and design on the teaching goals take attention to the teacher's dominant but ignore students' subjectivity,at the same time part of the teachers lack of scientific and cultural knowledge teaching.
