Teachers’ classroom management is a basic factor that affects teaching qualities and efficiency which is an essential part in their daily work. In the wake of the Curriculum Reform of the Basic Education, Classroom management has become an important breakthrough to inspire the new curriculum reform. Senior high school is one of the focuses of the reform of basic education, it is necessary to pay attention to the current situation of high school classroom management. Truly reproduced the life situations of the teachers and students in high school classroom activities, reflection the ingrained reasons of the traditional pattern of classroom management and the difficult to promote the idea of the new curriculum reform in the high school teachers’ classroom management practice are the key points in this study.Based on the content of classroom management and the modes of teachers’ classroom management, this paper combines the philosophy of education advocated by the new curriculum reform, examining the real situation of teachers and students in senior high school classroom management practices. Finally through the description of those that occur inside and outside the classroom, shows the real situation of the high school teachers in classroom management: the traditional classroom management model that mainly to maintain and control the students also widespread treating the students in the classroom arbitrary or laissez-faire difficult to be truly democratic and egalitarian emphasizing the high scores and high enrollment rate seriously neglected the students’ psychological feelings, emotional experience... all these reality has repeatedly shown that the educational philosophy of the new curriculum can not play a leading role for the teachers in a real classroom management practices. Then reflect and summarize the causes of these phenomena caused by,and point out that the shackles of the examination-oriented education, the overstepped modern instrumental rationality,the loss of the living world of teachers and students,the alienation of communication between teachers and students,the lack of teachers of the true philosophy of education and the teaching profession demoralization are the main reasons. Finally, this paper try to use Habermas’s theory of Communicative Action as a new way to provide a new perspective and theoretical guidance of classroom management of senior high school in the new curriculum reform.
