The Subjective Well-being Of Urban Female

The academics’opinions are different on the meaning and measurement of happiness.Related research are mainly focused on the subjective well-being of young people and theelderly, students and teachers, this study intends to investigate the subjective well-being ofthe special group urban women, and find the influencing factors of subjective well-beingof urban women on this basis.In the research, we will take the612urban residents in Hubei province of China asthe research sample, collect information on the living conditions of the urban residentswith questionnaire, attempt to explore the situation and related factors of happiness of theurban female residents. The results showed that:1、Chinese urban residents’ happiness scale applies to the group of urban female.2、The subjective well-being level of the urban female are higher than the overallaverage level of urban residents.3、Age, marital status, education, income status are important factors, which affectthe subjective well-being of urban female group.4、The effects of Age, marital status, education, income status on the urban female’happiness are inconsistent.
