Subjective well-being research began in the1950s the United States, began to studysubjective well-being in China is mainly in the1980s, after the gradually increasing in ourcountry the study of subjective well-being. From the various research results and theresearch process, we can easily found that the subjective well-being of people feel the lifein various conditions and factors, especially the social support and family environmentinfluence on people’s happiness is very important. Of this study is to investigate presentsituation of college students’ subjective well-being, influence factors and the trainingmethods, on the one hand, as the subjective well-being research theory to supplement andprovide relevant advice, on the other hand happiness education and mental health educationfor college students to provide some reference and enlightenment.College students is the backbone of the future social development and the importantgroup of modern society, is the social mainstream values of the shaper and the carrier, forour country development of social civilization has played a significant role. Universitystage is the key of the development of life for them. their healthy growth is not just abouttheir own future development, but also the progress of the whole society and theimprovement of national quality. College students’ subjective well-being is a subjectivefeeling of college students on their quality of life, this kind of subjective feeling will affectcollege students’ own emotion, cognition and enthusiasm for life and so on. Due to theirlack of experience of social life, the lack of ability to cope with setbacks and skills, afterentering the university, many students are faced with rich university life, it’s easy to havethe inferiority mood, and easy to cause interpersonal problems, thus reducing the studentexperience of happiness. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of their subjectivewell-being, and adopt appropriate methods to teaching, and improve their psychologicalquality, more conducive to the healthy development of their physical and mental harmony.Taking college students as the research object, based on the present situation ofcollege students’ subjective well-being, in reference to domestic and foreign scholars onsubjective well-being and the factors influencing the college students’ subjective well-beingon the basis of relevant theories and research results, the integrated use of knowledge ofsociology, philosophy, psychology and pedagogy, the questionnaire survey as the mainresearch methods, with Tianjin Commercial University as an example, through thepreparation of the college students’ well-being questionnaire survey results analysis aboutthe present situation of college students’ subjective well-being. Questionnaire involves thefollowing six aspects about the present situation of college students’ happiness to measure:A, family satisfaction, including the family economic conditions, parents’ education way, the relationship between family members; B, their own life satisfaction, including thesatisfaction of his own specialty, whether the spare time whether to enrich, attachimportance to their health; C, interpersonal relationship, whether the rapport with thepeople around you. D, positive emotions, setbacks can face actively, choose the reasonablesolution, if often feel depressed; E, emotional problems, whether to have stablerelationships and choice in love during the period of university; F, the external environment,the satisfaction degree of the natural environment of the school. A further comprehensiveanalysis of the survey shows college students to present a common experience of happiness.On this basis, summed up the subjective well-being of college students is not only theinfluence of objective factors such as family, school, society, college students themselvesand the subjective factors can also affect the subjective well-being. Finally, the articleaccording to the objective and subjective factors that affect college students’ subjectivewell-being explore the path improve their subjective well-being, strengthening the Marxistoutlook on education, through the practice to cultivate college students’ ability to pursuehappiness, strengthening humanistic quality education, self regulating combined witheducation guiding Suggestions, such as provide the basis for happiness education of collegestudents.
