However, in the environment of new age, the development of city encounters moreand more problems, such as the appearance of urban disease largely influents our life andhinders the development space of the city. The urban disease is a world wide problemwhich is a collection of urban traffic congestion, environment contamination, deteriorationof sanitary conditions, shortage of resources, difficulties of employment, out of order,deterioration of security and a serious problems of education, health care, residence andundersupply of all kinds of urban infrastructure etc. that accompany the rapid populationexpansion during the process of urbanization. Living in the city, we felt uncomfortable allthe time with the urban disease.Studying the general theory of urban disease, making clear the source of urban diseaseduring development of city and its variation form and combining the perceive andmanagerial experience of urban disease from experts and scholars at home and abroad, wedefine the urban disease as a development disease. The guiding ideology of seekingsolution of urban disease fundamentally with the thinking way of development disease canbe grow into development ethnics. Taken Wuhan as an example, we collect the conditionmaterial of its urban disease from the view of demanding of citizens and planning ofgovernment and locating its level by analogizing several levels of the body disease.
