Urban Development Process Of Urban Cultural Perspective

Since December1978, the CPC convened the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party which has great historic significance, China’s reform and opening-up process gone through more than30years.30-year is only a brief moment for human history, but it is an earth-shaking change for our country city development. In the development of many cities, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou play the lead role of China which to show the power of the East. The2008Beijing Olympic Games,2010Shanghai World Expo,2010Guangzhou Asian Games were held in three cities have demonstrated the attractive and charming of these cities. Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are not only the symbol for China, but as leaders of the cities lead China to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nations.This paper study the stage characteristic of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in the culture influence with the background of city culture and the process of city development from1978until now, find out different city has different culture, different city should go its’own way. Main article consists of four parts, starting from the angle of city culture, concept analysis; secondly, Beij ing, Shanghai, Guangzhou as an example to analyze the cause of different city cultural differences and the characteristics of the city, to identify the relationship of city culture and city development; the third part focus on the development process of three cities in cultural influence, separately from the historical background, motivation mechanism, development status, function and regional development in five aspects; and finally, from the particular to the general, summarize the future development path of the city’s cultural choice, emphasizing not only strengthen the historical and cultural heritage of the city, keeping the urban culture of the times, but also to make different policies according to different city culture which can lead city development.
