It is essential period for normal students to experiencepre-service trainings, which can improve and deepen their theoretical study. Whether normalstudents have cultivated comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical ability will decidetheir ability to change their roles and fit their post as soon as possible. It tries to providereferences for the reform of sports teaching and practice, by making research of teaching abilityanalysis and development among internship of sports education in experimental area of teachers’education innovation in liaoning. In addition, it makes preparation for teaching after graduationby means of discussing and analyzing development areas and goals of college students majoredin sports education.Research Methods: it applies the following methods, that is, literature materials, interview,questionnaire investigation, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, to analyze teachingability of internship of sports education in experimental area of teachers’ education innovation inliaoning, and investigate development conditions and factors.Research results:1. format of teaching plan is written appropriately by54.6%of interns ofsports education in experimental area of Teachers’ education innovation in liaoning; and contentof teaching plan is written satisfied by49.7%of them. The tutors believe that68.9%of them candesign comparatively decent teaching plan. However, there are28.8%of interns who can notgrasp teaching main points and difficult notes and are not organized.2. there are obviousinprovement of teaching ability after intership in experimental area of Teachers’ educationinnovation in liaoning. What’s more, evaluation ability and interpersonal skills, which arerelated to teaching ability, are improved obviously after the internship.3. interns who are inmiddle schools or hign schools are better in their development of teaching ability than those inprimary schools.4. the top three teaching abilities are demonstration, explaination andorganization. The following ranking is the ability to help, and to find mistakes and errors andcorrect them.5. factors influencing ability of internship of sports education in experimental areaof teachers’ education innovation in liaoning are instruction in practice schools, preparation and assessment of internship, appraisal of teaching ability, curriculums of practice schools, andinterns’ interpersonal skills. Besides, these five factors are relative R=0.724.Research conclusion:1. analysis of teaching ability of interns of sports education inexperimental area of teachers’ education innovation in liaoning clearly shows interns’ teachingability.2. the interns majored in sports education have obvious professional features in teachingability, and they are acquired comprehensive ability of teaching.3. interns of sports education inexperimental area of teachers’ education innovation in liaoning should pay great attention to theirability to explain main points and difficult notes. The main reasons include that interns’ tutors inprimary schools do not possess enough teaching ability, that teaching equipment is not enough,that primary students are not easy to control, and that there exists safety matters.Suggestion:1. attention should be paid to cultivate and develop practical teaching ability ofcollege students majored in sports education, especially, their ability to write teaching plan, toprotect and help, to find mistakes and errors and correct them.2. teaching contents of highereducation should be related to teaching contents of middle schools, and the main task of highereducation is to cultivate application-oriented sports talents with hign quality and Multi-skill.3.college students majored in sports education should imporve their ability to organize, to protect,to find problems and solve them. |
