This study makes a detailed exploration and analysis of the key events of preschool education interns in colleges and universities.First,53 undergraduate interns of 15-level preschool education major from the School of Education Science of R University were selected as the subjects of open questionnaires.Then,12 interns were extracted from 30 interns who continuously recorded key events for eight weeks in large,medium and small classes of four internship kindergartens as the subjects of in-depth interviews.This research mainly adopts the method of interview survey,supplemented by questionnaire survey and physical analysis,aiming at analyzing the connotation of the key events of interns-the starting point for the professional growth of interns,deeply discussing the classification of the key events of interns-the focusing point of the professional growth of interns,and pointedly proposing the supporting strategies of the key events of interns-the supporting point for the professional growth of interns,and on this basis summarizing the re-growing point of the professional growth of interns.Firstly,through coding and categorizing,this study has established three perspectives for interns to understand the co nnotation of key events,respectively,understanding the connotation of "key events" from the perspective of event result,grasping the connotation of "key events" from the perspective of event analysis,and deeply comprehending the connotation of "key events" from the perspective of practical reflection.It is found that the fundamental elements that promote the generation of interns' key events as follows: realistic participants,real problem situations and reflection in action.The main features of interns' key events are refined,including the internal features with profundity of experience and richness of emotion,and the external features with diversity of subjects and individuality of situations.Secondly,based on the collation and analysis of more than 300 interns' key events collected by the questionnaire and interview data,the important value of interns' key events is excavated,which promotes interns from "tacitness" to "explicitness",from "obedience" to "meditation",from "plain" to "peak" and constantly break away from immature state.Five categories of interns' key events are summarized: key events in the role preparation period,key events in the role observation period,key events in the role contradiction period,key events in the role adjustment period,and key events in the role stabilization period.This paper summarizes that the formation of interns' key events depends on their key competencies,key characters and key reading materials.Finally,this study integrates and puts forward the support status and strategies of interns' key events from the multi-subject perspective.Among them,for colleges and universities,multidimensional guarantee should be constructed for educational practice: the first is to conduct simulation trial teaching before the internship so that success can be experienced;The second is to improve the cognitive ability during the internship so that growth can be assisted;The third is to give the study guidance after the internship so that thinking can be extended;The fourth general idea is to implement the whole process of practice so that the training is consistent.For internship kindergartens,multiple supports should be provided for educational practice: one is to create a kindergarten cultural atmosphere of "accompanying me to grow";The second is to form a teachers mutual help team of "helping me to grow";The third is to build a network teaching and research platform of "promoting me to grow".For individual interns,they should be allowed to achieve multivariate growth in their practice: one is that they should persist in becoming academically competent and accelerate the speed of professional growth;The second is to strive to enhance self-efficacy and expand the width of professional growth;The third is to independently formulate development plans and raise the height of professional growth.
