With the normalization of population flow in China and growing number of children leftin rural areas, become a group to be reckoned with. Accordingly, the problem of left-behindchildren in rural education has gained the attention to our existing compulsory education andschool present new challenges.This thesis by qianxi, Tangshan City, Hebei province as samples, interviews, case studiesand other research methods, the problem of left-behind children in rural primary schooleducation has been studied. After investigation found: rural elementary school stay children infamily aspects exists of main is parents care insufficient, and and agent guardian relationshipexception, and acts habits bad, these problem of produces and stay children parents of literacy,and on family relationship training of attention degree and parents of career features hasdirectly relationship; rural elementary school stay children in school education aspects existsof main is existing of running mode not conducive to students bad habits of corrected, andsome students in learning acts Shang exists problem, and School and teachers no giving staychildren to full of concern, produces these problem main by school management system, andteacher team aging and power weak, and examination education big environment, factors ofeffects; rural elementary school stay children educational aspects main exists of problem isGovernment and is located village of cadres of attention degree enough, and communitysecurity environment in the exists some negative effects, this and currently my of socialmanagement system not perfect, and community education ignored and social securitygovernance intensity insufficient has directly relationship.Above problems and reasons of the rural primary school children left behind, this articlefrom the education authorities, schools and parents, was raised by three countermeasure ofperfecting rural left-behind children in primary schools. For education competent sector,,main is to further perfect about stay children of policy regulations, and increased on ruraleducation of funds inputs, and development place economic, and created good of socialenvironment; for school,, main is to created harmony of campus atmosphere, and improve ledof management capacity and teachers of quality, and strengthened school and family ofcooperation, and established stay children psychological health education work mechanism,;for parents,, to shift concept, attention children of education, strengthened and children ofcommunication, Enhance the sense of guardian. Rural children’s education problem is a result of the aggregation of multiple factors, alsoneed long-term, Government, schools and families to work together to resolve.
