This paper first analyzes the concept about left-behind children in rural areas,social relief and so on,and out of social fairness,social justice,social assistance and social governance perspective,using literature method,empirical analysis method,interview method and other methods,research our country K L county middle school of rural left-behind children and the rescue situation,and instance as the breakthrough point,study of rural left-behind children in the concept,the problems existing in the aspects such as efficiency,professional level,after the analysis of these problems,the article finally proposes the corresponding solution measures.There are five parts in this paper:The first part is the introduction.Firstly expounds the research background of this paper,the research purpose and research significance,then analyzes the status quo at home and abroad,then briefly illustrates this article USES the research method and research train of thought,finally points out the innovations and shortcomings of this article.The second part defines the relevant concepts and elaborates the theory.First,the concept of rural left-behind children and social assistance is given.Then elaborated the social relief theory,the social governance theory and other related theoretical system.The third part analyzes the current situation of left-behind children in rural areas and the development trend of social assistance.This section first analyzes the emergence,the overall status of rural left-behind children,and with examples to study the current rural left-behind children what is going on in our country,then analyses the condition of relevant social assistance,the development course,the overall situation,etc.,are mainly rural left-behind children in China is analyzed with examples the development of social assistance.The fourth part analyzes the disadvantages of the social relief of left-behind children in China.This part mainly takes social work as the research entry point,and analyzes the disadvantages of the social assistance of rural left-behind children in theconcept,efficiency,professional level and mode.Found that the main problems the following aspects: 1,because there is no real understanding of left-behind children in rural area,so there is no attention to their differences,subjective value also is relatively lack,so caused the salvage old ideas,values,etc,are lack of the guidance of;2,because the rescue was administered before did not demand a thorough survey,in the process of bailout regulation not harmonious,lead to the rescue efficiency is low,there is no effective use of the power of social administrative work;3,because there is no enough professional rescue personnel,lack of professional social workers,professional social workers in this area also need time,resulting in the low level of social assistance in rural left-behind children.4,because the system has not yet been completely build up actively explore problems,lead to rescue a long time,mainly rely on the government and aid,rescue weak,aid without rescue spirit,relief means not form diversification,the demand of rural left-behind children cannot derives satisfaction from previous rescue mode,need more professional assistance.The fifth part,from the perspective of social work,proposes corresponding social relief measures.This part first analyzes the causes of the above problems,and puts forward specific solutions.Specifically,it includes: 1.The construction of professional social work concept should be people-oriented,focus on differences and guide development;2.The professional social work can be guided through the whole process of social assistance,and how many professional social workers,coordinated management professional social workers,and evaluation of the effects of professional social workers in social assistance should be evaluated;3,constructs the high quality,professional social workers team,first professional to the existing social assistance to ascend,and then more efforts to cultivate specialized personnel,finally into professional social work in social relief work;4.In the process of social assistance,we use professional social work methods to find timely,responsive,accurate and service delivery.
