China is at a critical stage of reformation and development, the development of thesociety needs talents, the cultivation of talents needs education, the ascension of educationneeds management, establishment of a scientific and standardized management system is thesocial development and the needs of the national progress.The second, education in ourcountry also in reformation, according to the principle and law of education if you want toachieve established educational goals and tasks,a scientific and standardized managementsystem also need to be estabished.The third, because teachers’ income distribution,recommendation, position of ascension and evaluation is relation to teachers’ vital interestsand work enthusiasm, how to realize the justice,and how biggest tend to be fair, ascientific and standardized management system also need to be estabished.So I put forwardthe quantitative management system in junior high school in combination with his ownworking experience.The purpose of this paper is mainly to study and demonstrate establishment of thequantitative management system’s the significance, method and content in the junior highschool by using the survey method, literature method, conclusion method and experimentalmethod.The implementation of quantitative management in junior high school is in conformitywith the dialectical materialism world outlook and methodology, is the embodiment of thescientific management. It promotes the development of the specification of the school, arousethe enthusiasm of the staff work, and to cultivate the good habit of the students, thusimproving the quality of education teaching, achieve their goals and education policy, tosocial cultivation of all-round development of builders and successors. To construct a juniorhigh school of quantitative management system, we should follow certain principles andprocedures: the principle of unifying the scientific nature and feasibility, the principle ofcombining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, quantitative and accurate, theprinciple of combining fuzzy quantitative assessment of the recent and long-term goal, theprinciple of combining comprehensiveness and emphasis, the principle of combining stability and variability. Be in accordance with the four steps to build the system:the unifiedunderstanding, making plan, strictly implement and evaluation summary.Junior high schoolcomposition of quantitative management system contents consist of four aspects from thevertical point of view: quantitative management cadres, teachers’ work quantitativemanagement, the teacher in charge and the quantitative management of student personalquantitative management. From the horizontal point of view, each level consists ofquantitative management and the results of quantitative management.Conclusions are as follows: First,junior high schools need to establish quantitativemanagement system. Second, establish junior high school quantitative management system inaccordance with certain principles and procedures. Third, middle school quantitativemanagement system should have a complete and rigorous form content. In short, the schoolmanagement system is a set of quantitative scientific management methods, and promote thedevelopment of the school’s norms, improve education quality.
