| Presently, the university management becomes more non-professional. Under this non-professional management, the managers play too many roles, such as manager, scholar, and teacher. It produces great troubles to university's healthy development, e.g. the administrative power gives over-control to the academic power; academic achievements turn into the standard in power allocation; excellent academic resources are wasted; democracy is lost; academic hegemony appear; academic corruption widens as a market; the profession passages are blocked; and profession consciousness weakens. It is mainly caused by the non-professional university inner management system. To remove such problems, the best way is to reform the non-professional management system and build a professional university inner management system with the administrative, academic, party power paralleled going mode, the profession qualification management rules, profession evaluation rules, and profession training rules as the main content. |
