Teaching profession is co-exist with the school career, teachers’ work is an essential part of t he school educational activities, therefore, teacher management has always been an important field of education management.Teacher management is an important work of school administrators, aff ecting the survival of the school. Strengthening teacher management is now the consensus of all sc hools, this is especially true for secondary schools confronting big academic pressure. In order to c omplete the task of teaching better and better, many management methodology is introduced to se condary school teachers in management, quantitative management from the business was also intr oduced to the teacher management. Quantitative management, because of its simple, clear, easy to operate and favored by middle school teachers administrators, teacher management as a panacea applies to all aspects of the management of teachers, and the trend is intensified.Specific quantifiable indicators of the operation of the teacher quantitative assessment manag ement were made by virtue secondary school teachers virtue, ability, diligence, and achievements were set to implement quantitative assessment management.This mechanical copy from business methods, applied to the middle school teachers in the field of management, has ignored the laws of teachers’ work,its own characteristics and laws of education, there will inevitably be problem s. these problems will affect teachers’ growth, as well as the development of school. So it is necess ary to make thorough research and discussion about quantitative management problem for the cur rent middle school teachers. Firstly, in this study the current status of the quantitative management of middle school teachers was found through the text analysis method with the help of the four di mensions,mainly in virtue, ability, diligence, and achievements, Secondly, interviews, text analysi s and other methods were used to understand the practical problems existing in the current teacher quantitative management; Again, through literature analysis and the status quo, problems and com bined with educational theory, find out the reasons for the middle school teachers quantitative man agement problems; Finally, countermeasures were proposed according to the problems, its reasons and t he current situation This study is inclined to qualitative research, text analysis and interviews were used to find out the probloms caused by quantitative management as it applied to school teachers, to make in-depth an atomy of the deep-seated reasons, and then to develop practical countermeasures which have influ ence.Because quantitative as a method has its merits, It’s no accident that school teacher managers use this management method so frequently. In-depth qualitative research must be conducted, because it can help solve the problems in quantitative management, then promote the develment of tea cher management. What is unlike previous research is that this study lies in close contact with mid dle school teachers in quantitative management practice, innovations of this study lies in close con tact with high school teachers in quantitative management practice, through the implementation of the current middle school administrators morality, ability, diligence, and achievements of these fo ur dimensions to analysize teachers’ quantitative management, this teachers and school manageme nt tightly integrated approach to study the quantitative management of teachers predecessors never had. In short, we are trying to solve the problem of secondary school teachers quantitative manag ement to promote better management of the development of the teachers do not become mind.
