Frederick Winslow Taylor (1856-1915) is the United States late 19th century early 20th century's industrial management of well-known, he founded the Scientific Management theory of which have influenced till now. Scientific Management, emphasizing the establishment of scientific management system to improve efficiency, reduce waste. As a result, raises the efficiency of the whole community for the cult of efficiency. Coincides with the time, the community school education for loud criticism of inefficient, School Management Workers began to turn its attention to Scientific Management ,to study how to apply Scientific Management and effective school management. Since then, a Scientific Management to dominate the field of school management era began.Gary school system is the model of a successful application of scientific management in this context.
