Left-behind children have caused wide public concern, childhood is the key period for their socialization, and this transition will directly affect their lives. The issue of left-behind children is very important for rural education and society.This paper takes the left-behind children of S Town and S Town Center Primary School as example to analyze their life status and the education management of boarding primary school. The survey indicates the left-behind children are not inferior to normal children, we should pay more attention to their living environment. The boarding primary school can take efforts to weaken negative impact on the left-behind children. As for education management optimization strategy, we should strongly support boarding school construction, insist on "no discrimination, no different, open for all" principle, strengthen family education, and to build all-involved care mechanism. Only in this way can we gradually and firmly resolve the issue of left-behind children.
