Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Agricultural Colleges’ Entrepreneurial Group Students

With the university enrollment, In the mode of "two-way choice, their own jobs", employment, More and more students facing the dilemma of "graduation unemployment". Employment of college graduates has become a prominent social problem. In the process of building a socialist harmonious society, How to better solve the employment of university students is not only related to the college students of their own development, the big problem is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. College students start their own businesses in this historical period is referred to the agenda. Entrepreneurship has become an important means to ease the employment pressure. Not only be able to solve the problem of an individual’s employment, better able to provide jobs for other careers. How to encourage students start their own business, training students entrepreneurial awareness, enhance the college students entrepreneurship psychological quality, improve the ability of college students is an important research topic of Ideological and Political Education. More difficult due to employment, agricultural colleges should strengthen investment in Ideological and Political Education, the majority of students are encouraged to actively into the wave of entrepreneurial, self-improvement in the business realize their own value by the mastery of knowledge into social value creation. To this end, strengthen the education of entrepreneurship groups is the most important task of Ideological and Political Education.Selected for this study as a research base of Sichuan Agricultural University.In May2012, the author took questionnaire of400college students by random sampling, conducted a survey of aspects of the students’ awareness of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial quality, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education requirements. And filter out the entrepreneurship groups, the focus of analysis. This research in the perspective of the ideological and political education, deeply analysis the entrepreneurship groups of the agricultural college students’ current situation, their own problems, and then analysis the various problems reasons, at last put forward reasonable suggestions for entrepreneurship groups.The text consists of five parts. The first part is Introduction. Including the background, significance, objectives, methodology, theoretical basis, focus and difficult, innovation as well as a list of students start their own business in the past. The second part is the analysis of necessity and feasibility of agricultural college students’Entrepreneur ship. And expound the significance of agricultural colleges students’entrepreneurship. The third part is the current situation of agricultural college students entrepreneurial groups.This part includ the current situation,feature,existing problems and the reason of the agricultural college students entrepreneurial groups. In the fourth part,firstly list the current situation of ideological and political education. Then raise the ideological and political education’ role in promoting agricultural college students’entrepreneurial groups.The fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual needs.The suggestions section includes:changing concepts of education to encourage students to take the initiative to start businesses, guiding students through demonstration education to stimulate students’ awareness of entrepreneurship, innovativing educational methods to cultivate students good entrepreneurial quality, focusing on mental health education to enhance students’ entrepreneurial psychological,carrying out the innovative education to Train students’creative thinking.
