Research On Ideological And Political Education In The Career Guidance Of Agricultural College Students

With the continuous deepening of the popularization of higher education and China'smarket economy reform, the employment of university students in the mode ofmarket-oriented employment has captured more concerns than ever, which has a direct impacton the development of China's higher education and modernization. The employmentenvironment and the concept of employment of university students have changed, andagricultural university students in China's ideological and political education and employmentguidance to encounter a new situation. Establishment and improvement the mechanism ofemployment guidance to help the agricultural university students to set up a correct outlook ofcareer, the rational allocation of human resource. This is the new problems China'sagricultural university faced. Strengthening of ideological and political education in theStudent Career Guidance and successfully employed for alleviating the university studentsemployment pressure, the promotion of university student has important theoretical andpractical significance. Therefore, the plight of the ideological and political education has beendiscussed and countermeasures to strengthen it were explored in the agricultural universitystudents career guidance in the research.This article is divided four parts:In the first part, I discuss the current agricultural college students' employment andinfluencing employment ideological and moral factors analysis. Discussing China'sagriculture to college students' employment status, according to the college students'employment situation and the influence of College Students Ideological and moral factors wasanalyzed which mainly was reflected in the college students' lack of practical ability andcommunication ability, employment idea and reality existence deviation, weak competitionability and so on.In the second part, I elaborate in employment guidance in the process of strengtheningthe significance of ideological and political education. The ideological and political educationin college students' employment in that the nature and direction for the employment ofuniversity students were analyzed, and providing mental power, increasing the employmentpsychological quality, cultivating students' innovation spirit has important significance. In the third part, I research the current agricultural universities ideological and politicaleducation in employment guidance existence predicament and its cause. First, elaborating theagricultural university in employment guidance to university students ideological and politicaleducation achievements. Secondly, mainly from the focalization of ideological and politicaleducation is weak, single method and other aspects of the agricultural college Students'ideological and political education in employment guidance dilemma. Fanally, the level of theschool, society, college students' level of existence predicament origin were discussed.In the fourth part, I research the agricultural university employment guidance out of theideological and political education. First of all, the ideological and political educationpertinence and timeliness must be highlithed. Secondly, employment guidance in agriculturalcolleges was enriched for university students ideological and political education. Fanally,putting forward innovation of agricultural university students in employment guidancemethod. This part is the focus of exploration and study of this paper.
