This research use narrative research method, the Zhejiang province a rural primary school Chinese teachers through the case study of exploration in the natural teaching situation teachers’ teaching commitment real situation. Using the classroom observation, depth interview, etc collecting research data to grounded theory of data analysis methods on the data collection and analysis. Through this research hope to reach three objectives:first, elaborate the current rural primary school teachers’ teaching commitment real situation. Second, the thorough analysis of teachers’ teaching commitment of the specific level, and the formation process and influence factors. Third, try to put forward relevant suggestions on follow-up study of teachers teaching commitments and research prospects.Full text by the following several parts:The first part is the introduction. Mainly introduced about teachers’teaching commitment research question to put forward the reasons and background, and to domestic and international teachers’ teaching commitments related research status quo of the carding, find the starting point of this study, and further puts forward the research purpose and meaning.The second part is the theory of narrative. Major commitment to the teaching of teaching basic connotation analysis, put forward the basic concept and structure of teachers’ teaching commitment level.The third part is the research process. Mainly discussed this research adopts the research methods, and introduces in detail the research object, research in the implementation stage and research data collection methods.The fourth part is the story building. Mainly to the object of study and teacher of life and teaching two aspects construct. From the research object of classroom teaching, the development of students, class management and its own professional development four aspects of the story to interpretation of the research object teaching commitment and its formation.The fifth part is the research object of the analysis of the specific teaching commitments. From the teaching identity, input in education and teaching affective three aspects expatiates respectively teachers’ teaching commitment of the specific performance; The generative process shows the features analysis; From the teacher individual factors, work factors and social factors in three aspects of influence teachers’ teaching commitment factors were analyzed.The sixth part is the study of the reflection and prospect. From the research orientation, data collection and analysis and research on the ethics of this research on reflection, and put forward the research prospects for teachers’ teaching commitment of subsequent research to provide ideas.
