On The Build Of The Aging Society In The Context Of Pension Service System

Population aging is the main theme of the development of today’s global population,the product of human economic and social development to a certain stage. The turn of thecentury, China entered the aging society, China will experience a rapid population agingprocess, the future development trend of China’s population from126million in2000up to2040,60years of age or older of400million people, the proportion of the total populationof the elderly population by2000up from10.From64%to27%, which accounted for thevast majority of the rural elderly population.Statistics show that in2003, China’s ruralelderly population accounted for61.36%of the country’s elderly population.With the ruralpopulation aging aggravation, especially in recent years, the accelerated process ofurbanization and rural young adults labor continued migration to the cities, the ruralpopulation aging and the level will be more prominent. Who will farmers pension will besocial problems can not be avoided, development and construction of rural social old-ageservice system has become the current urgent need to solve practical problems andimportant task.In this paper, the introduction of the aging society perspective, through the analysis ofthe social situation of population aging on the seriousness of the trend of China’s agingpopulation, especially in rural aging severity; Rural traditional pension model, that thedifficulties and challenges faced by the old-age home, the necessity and urgency to buildChina’s rural social old-age service system. Article in the Marxist concept of people’slivelihood as the threshold, through investigation and research on international anddomestic advanced pension service model to identify the build service system in ruralold-age security in China can draw on the content and successful experience.In this paper, the status quo of the stage of China’s rural old-age security servicesystem analysis and research to identify the problems and shortcomings of its existence,and China’s rural old-age service system construction countermeasures and suggestions.The article strongly urge the government, society and individuals to participate in thispower future generations benefit to the public welfare of generations old, everyone,everyone can not take care of themselves or the Widows and Orphans lonely day, thisincreasingly need to focus on groups, only the government completely to pay attention to it,the development of appropriate laws and regulations and policies, accompanied by themanagement and supervision of the specialized agencies, to fully mobilize social forces to develop and improve the integration of government and private pension institutions, inorder to rural social old-age security system to do real office, to this special group of theelderly in rural areas to the security and stability of the protection of life and warm solace,to give them a better tomorrow, so in order to make better development of the nationaleconomy, to protect social stability, and promote the building of a socialist harmonioussociety in China.
