The problem of aging population in China is one of important research fields in academia.Studying the aging characteristics of different groups can make the management policy more effective.Aging scientists can be a special group,the analysis of the actual demand situation of the aging scientists group in reality can be the basis of the policy formulation for this group.At present,aging researches are focused on the needs of the retirees in university the community,the service assurance of the retirees in the university community,the characteristics of the scientists and the research on the aging talent policy.But all researches do not involve the policy management and the pension of the aging scientists.Taking the supply platform of Chinese University of science and technology as an example,this paper focuses on pension issues among the elderly scientists.The structure of the thesis can be divided into three research stages.The preliminary study includes the theoretical framework and the current policy research;the middle period of the study is specific research and empirical research on a science and Engineering University in China,and a comprehensive study is carried out in the latter combination of theory and empirical results,and suggestions and conclusions are put forward.From the content,it includes the research of scientists' needs with different dimensions,and the relationship between supply and demand of talents in aging scientists.In the first part,data and evidence will be supported to analyze the scientists with the advent of aging time in China,to summarize the relevant science and technology policies and systems related to the aging problem of scientists.In the middle stage of study,we divided the group of elderly scientists into group dimension and individual dimension.The group study is based on the theoretical model,which constructed by gird-group theory and Maslow's theory of demand hierarchy.Taking the retired scientist group in University as a case,to explore the internal influence mechanism of group characteristics and needs through questionnaires.The individual research analyzes the demand indicators of University scientists group through interviews.In the later phase,the relationship between supply and demand in aging services was analyzed,and the problems and reasons in the aging process of scientists were summarized.Drawing on the experience of the aging talent policy in developed country,we will build a perfect program for the current service system of University scientists.Through the verification and Research on the structure and content of the paper,it is available for the elderly scientists to carry out the policy of "respecting knowledge and respecting talents",and formulating a reference for the management policy of the aging scientists.It could provide the theoretical support for the relevant policies of the retired scientists group.
